HomeMaster has been assessed to meet the needs of the business and the organisation is unable to offer an open procurement opportunity to alternative suppliers until 2027.

HomeMaster has been assessed to meet the needs of the business and the organisation is unable to offer an open procurement opportunity to alternative suppliers until 2027. There is no reasonable workaround and the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement.
