In accordance with the terms for the Council's Flexible Framework for Care at Home for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Ill Health, it is now being re-opened for new Service Providers to be included under the same terms as the original tender exercise. SERVICE PROVIDERS CURRENTLY INCLUDED IN THE FRAMEWORK DO NOT NEED TO RE-APPLY Note that the initial 3 year term of the Framework commenced on 1 April 2025, therefore the end of the initial term of the contract will end on 31 March 2028 for all Service Providers in the Framework. ORIGINAL CONTRACT NOTICE TEXT: The Framework Agreement is for the provision of Supported Living and Personal Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities/Mental Ill Health in accordance with agreed Support Plans under Option 3 of Self Directed Support to meet the required service outcomes. The Flexible Framework will be for a period of 3 years with a further 2 one year extension options. The Framework Agreement will be flexible to allow new entrants to join; the Council reserves the right to open up the Flexible Framework for new Service Providers at any time.
