The Scottish Ministers have a requirement for the supply of a modern, user-friendly, high quality Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) instrument, with additional sensors for Dissolved Oxygen and Chlorophyll-a, for the use by Marine Directorate scientists or suitably qualified contractors on coastal fieldwork.
