The key services being sought are in relation to Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Term Contractor are planned works, routine maintenance works, and unplanned reactive works from time to time. In addition a 24/7 emergency on call service is to be provided as part of this service and is applicable to NHSDG Estates properties throughout Dumfries & Galloway. For clarity, out of hours refers to any work or call before 7am and after 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and any public holiday as designated by NHS Scotland.

In addition a 24/7 emergency on call service is to be provided as part of this service and is applicable to NHSDG Estates properties throughout Dumfries & Galloway. For clarity, out of hours refers to any work or call before 7am and after 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and any public holiday as designated by NHS Scotland. All in line with all relevant statutory legislation and manufacturers guidance.
