Tenderers are invited to Tender for the provision of Principal Contractor to provide Design and Build (D&B) services for the delivery of the Gravir Housing Development, Isle of Lewis. The development consists of 4 houses with a mix of 3 x 2B4P and 1 x 3B6P. The appointed contractor will take forward both the planning and building warrant application together with associated roads and parking within the site, street lighting, drainage, SUDS basin, utilities, site services, footpaths, site works, play facilities (if required by planning) and landscaping.
