Wheatley Group is undertaking a market engagement exercise to explore options for delivering a new suite of customer-facing websites. This exercise supports Wheatley's 2026-2031 strategy, which sets out a shift to digital-first, personalised customer engagement. Future websites must be AI-ready, accessible, cost-efficient and capable of delivering hyper-local and relevant content across Wheatley's subsidiaries. The objectives of this market engagement are to: -prepare the market for a potential future procurement of a unified website solution. -understand approaches to delivering AI-ready, accessible and personalised websites. -identify indicative costs and delivery models, including build, hosting and migration. -gain insight into market innovation, best practice, supplier experience in large-scale website transformation. -understand risks, constraints and opportunities associated with consolidating multiple websites. -clarify assumptions and information requirements ahead of any formal process; and -explore delivery approaches that support rapid launch.

The purpose of this engagement is to seek insight into the current industry standard and alternative options to ensure AI readiness.
