- This is a Direct Award opportunity for the supplier ranked no.1 on the Scottish Government Temporary and Interim Staff (IT)- 4th Generation - Collaborative Framework Agreement.- If an award is made Framework Terms & Conditions (including Schedule 5) will apply.- Please see role profile for further information- Please complete the Contractor Response document for the candidate and attach their Company Profile as a SEPARATE document.- Contract Duration: 12 months with no possibility of extension(s). No contract length is guaranteed.- IR35 Determination: Outside.- Max 1 company profile (please, do not include rates in company profiles).- Rate: The maximum day rate for this requirement is PS568.00 including the agency fee. Please note, this is a pass/fail criteria. Any supplier bidding over the maximum rate stated will be automatically disqualified from this procurement exercise.- Location: Please refer to "Location" information within the job profile.
