Notice Description
Aberdeenshire Council is looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System of contractors for the delivery of their Lifecycle Component Replacement across their estate.
Lot Information
Hard FM
Lot 1 of the DPS is for Lifecycle Component Replacement Projects, which covers Works that are required to maintain the operational life of a Council building. Recent examples include: - Gas and oil boiler replacements - Roof replacements - Window and door upgrades - Electrical rewires - PV installations - Fire and intruder alarm upgrades - Toilet refurbishments - DDA adaptations. SDP is the pre-qualification questionnaire for this Lot and is to be completed via PCS-T. Please ensure you register your interest for PQQ_6825.
Renewal: A maximum of 3 extension periods of up to 12 months each.
Housing Improvement WorksLot 2 of the DPS covers Housing Improvement Projects, focusing on specific workstreams: - Kitchens - Bathrooms - Windows - Doors - Roofing works - Heating systems.. SDP is the pre-qualification questionnaire for this Lot and is to be completed via PCS-T. Please ensure you register your interest for PQQ_6826.

"description": "As this tender is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) style of framework the closing date stated of 10th April is just to establish the initial framework and not a definitive deadline. Shortly after this date the opportunity to join the DPS will reopen for anyone who didn't apply before this date. This will remain open for the term of the DPS. Any mini competitions run under the DPS will only be open to those suppliers on that individual Lot, at that moment in time. NOTE: You must register your interest in this notice to obtain any additional information as the buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this PQQ exercise. The Project code is 31388. Community benefits are included in this requirement.
