The intent is to ensure the Executive Team operates as a cohesive, trusted leadership group, equipped to lead the organisation through a period of heightened uncertainty and complexity. It is therefore imperative that the provider already be established as a trusted interlocutor, given need to work quickly and to hold space for highly sensitive discussions between SG most senior leaders.
