The scope of requirements includes, but is not limited to, Bank Accounts, CHAPS, Faster Payments, Foreign Payments, BACS, Digital Imaging, Cash Withdrawals, Cheques, Debit Cards, Night Safe Facilities, Deposit Box Facilities, Project Bank Accounts; Branch Networks (or alternative arrangements), Electronic and Internet Banking.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
