Perth & Kinross Council is procuring works to reinstate, optimise and operate biomass heating systems at Strathearn Community Campus, Breadalbane Community Campus and Blairgowrie Community Campus.     Full Turnkey Biomass Reinstatement - Strathearn Community Campus and Breadalbane Community Campus - Perth & Kinross Council wishes to engage with a local biomass fuel supplier to reinstate existing biomass boilers at Strathearn Community Campus and Breadalbane Community Campus. The supplier will be required to pay the full capex investment which will require upgrading the fuel storage and associated auger systems. Capex will also include any capex costs for boiler repairs throughout the contract length. This contract shall also include servicing and maintenance. This contract shall supply woodchip as fuel for Biomass Boilers.
