Lot 1

Dumfries and Galloway Council would like to procure someone to run Dock Park facilities within fenced area - trampolines, bowling, mini golf and putting. This would be for an initial trial period of 1 year, followed by a further 3 years after review. Within the trial period, Dumfries and Galloway Council will carry out grounds maintenance within the area including grass cutting, hedge trimming etc - with the hope that after 1 year, the supplier will be able to take over these tasks. The Council are open to proposals on how the operation would be undertaken.
