SPSS is a software suite used for statistical analysis. As well as SPSS, the suite includes SPSS Amos and SPSS Modeler which introduce an array of additional functionality. SPSS is an IBM tool supplied by Version 1.

Procurement Information

This NCA is awarded due to technical reasons under PRA - 6(1)(b)(ii). There is no competition as Version 1 is the sole authorised reseller of the IBM APAD bundle of SPSS products, which is the only solution capable of meeting the University's requirements. The SPSS Suite has been selected for its comprehensive functionality, proven reliability, and established integration within the University's teaching and research environment. There are no comparable alternative products that can replace this package without impacting existing academic and research activities.
