In this case, Advanced DRS is a proprietary system with essential integrations into COMIS, Cx and TotalMobile that no other supplier can replicate within the required timeframe. A competitive tender is not viable as no other supplier can provide a technically compatible or time-critical alternative, and allowing current arrangements to lapse would result in severe operational risk and service disruption across Building Services and Housing.
