If an award is made Framework Terms & Conditions (including Schedule 5) will apply..*Please see role profile for further information*.- Please complete the Contractor Response document for the candidate and attach their Company Profile as a SEPARATE document..- Contract Duration: 2 months with possibility of extension(s). Extensions will not total more than the initial contract period. No contract length is guaranteed..- IR35 Determination: Outside..- Max 1 company profile (please, do not include rates in company profiles)..- Rate Guidance: The maximum charge rate for this requirement is PS210.00 per day including the agency fee. Please note, this is a pass/fail criteria. Any supplier bidding over the maximum rate stated will be automatically disqualified from this procurement exercise..- Location: Please refer to "Location" information within the job profile.
