    "description": "As stated in the Invitation to Tender document: \"This tender was previously published and then cancelled as per the notification on the Public Contracts Scotland portal which stated \"This procurement process is being cancelled and will be re-advertised in due course (next week). This decision was taken due to the fact that there were a significant number of bids, and it was deemed as unreasonable to expect the Lived and Living Experience Panel to have to evaluate all of the presentations. An alternative evaluation methodology will be applied (which will be described in the re-advertised tender) which will have the effect of shortlisting, so that this issue does not arise again. Apologies for any inconvenience caused\". - All elements of previous tender submissions will be disregarded/deleted and new SPD & tender submissions are required. - The tender documents from the previous process have been updated and the updated sections have been highlighted in green for ease of reference. - In the interest of transparency, Tenderer's clarifications questions and the Council's responses (from the previous process) have been published with the new tender. - The Tenderer's Submission document has one new/additional question relating to Artificial Intelligence (added as part of the Council's standard procurement template updates). Therefore, tenderers are required to fill in the new Tenderer's Submission document, however, individual question responses may be copied and pasted from your previous Tenderer Submission, if you wish. Tenderer's may also copy wording from their original SPD submission. - The Pricing Schedule is unchanged so tenderers may re-submit their previous Pricing Schedule if they wish to, however, please ensure that your new Pricing Schedule is re-dated/signed.
