A flexible and multiple service modelled approach within the one organisation is required, allowing for a high degree of agility and responsiveness for different entry and exit points. The service model has four components, as follows: - Triage, Assessment & Harm Reduction - Assertive Outreach - Recovery Activities and Communities - Training and Workforce Development Further details are provided within the Service Specification.

Options: Fife Council may require additional purchases under this contract which have not been specifically detailed in the "specification" however any additional purchases will be in full accordance with the requirements of Regulation 72 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
