CalMac Ferries Ltd (CFL) intend to set up a Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified and certifie, sole Compass Adjuster to support our Fleet of 36 Vessels with Compass adjustments and repairs.

CalMac Ferries Ltd (CFL) is seeking to award a Framework Agreement to a sole supplier who has the capability to carry out compass adjustments within the fleet to ensure safety and operational reliability. CFL vessels operate on the west coast of Scotland and are maintained in shipyards throughout the UK. CFL anticipate most compass adjustments will occur during annual overhaul/maintenance periods, however there may be additional scenarios where a vessel's compass adjustment needs to be carried out while at its normal operating location. The supplier must be prepared to travel to all shipyards and operating locations listed in the tender documents. The term of the Agreement will be for an initial period of 24 months with the option to extend by up to a further 24 months which may be split into smaller periods.
