North Lanarkshire Council (NLC) offers to the market an excellent rental opportunity. Well positioned two storey sports pavilion with pitched tile roof suitable for assembly and leisure use. Located on the outskirts of Croy village, it benefits from excellent transport links. The property comprises 4 separate communal changing rooms with toilets and shower facilities on the ground floor. The upper floor provides flexible air-conditioned activity space and kitchen facilities accessed via internal lift or external staircase. Non-exclusive parking provision is available for approx. 12 cars. - Rental offers in excess of 20,000.00 GBP (Per Annum, Exclusive of VAT) are invited.

Any submission that does not meet the requirements detailed in these particulars will be excluded from the review process. Applications arriving after the closing date/time may not be considered. North Lanarkshire Properties will only accept submissions made via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal, No other medium will be accepted. North Lanarkshire Properties does not undertake to accept the highest offer or indeed, any offer received. - The Council will only accept bid submissions made via the Public Contracts Scotland portal. Bids arriving after the closing date/time will not be considered. Bids sent by post or email will not be considered.
