Notice Description

The Council have a requirement to carry out remedial works at the Victory Baths in Renfrew. The works include concrete repairs to structural columns, walls and soffits in the basement. Other works include repairs to the roof, internal works to the offices and changing areas that include repairs to ceilings and walls, replacement flooring. External works include repairs to the external ramp. The Concrete Repairs is a specialist field, and to ensure that a competent contractor is appointed, section 4A of the SPD will state that tenderers will be required to provide evidence that the Main Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor are members of the (CRA).
