Concrete repairs to structural columns in basement of the Renfrew Victory Baths and Remedial works to roof to prevent water ingress. Internal works to offices, rooms, changing areas inc. repairs to plaster ceilings/walls, replacement of floor vinyl, wall tiles, ceiling tiles, skirting boards and painting of walls. Repairs to external ramp.

Main Contractors and/or Sub-Contractors will be required to provide evidence that they are members of the "Concrete Repair Association.
