The works comprise annual servicing and reactive maintenance to the CCTV installations within ng homes stock. The CCTV cameras are a mix of external and internally placed cameras in public areas. The central control hub for the installation is housed within the association's concierge offices in Springburn, Glasgow. The contractor will also provide a comprehensive out of hour's service including all Employer public holidays and Employer office closures. The contractor will be required to have regular liaison with senior management and site supervision to monitor and refine site practice and quality control. The contractor's senior management and site supervision to attend monthly contract progress meetings. The contractor is required to develop the most effective and efficient systems possible from reporting of repair to invoicing for the benefit of both the Employer and contractor taking account of the Employer's requirements to be able to measure performance in terms of timescale, cost, and quality of each repair.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The contract may be extended for a further variable period(s) of up to 24 months.
