Lot 1

This contract is for the provision of comprehensive hosting, maintenance, development and support services. SOSE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following services to the standards required, whilst offering best value in the expenditure of public funds. Services required - Website development, support, hosting and maintenance for SOSE's main website (www.southofscotlandenterprise.com) and its other sites (https://www.southofscotlandrep.com/ and https://www.investinsouthofscotland.com/). - All the above sites are built on Umbraco version 13, they are all architected within the same Umbraco instance - support, development, hosting and maintenance required for all - Support the multi-site set up within the same instance of Umbraco and hosting to be delivered via dedicated Microsoft Azure Infrastructure - The same requirements will extend to any future websites required by SOSE. - Support any future upgrades to newer versions of Umbraco as required. - Support an ongoing website improvement plan working closely with the SOSE team. - Support the implementation of any requirements from Penetration testing to required standard and within agreed timescales. - Work with the incumbent hosting provider to ensure smooth transfer of current websites. Comprehensive details on the requirement, as well as the bid process is provided in the attached Invitation to Tender document.. Please note that all Bidders are required to complete a Cyber Security Assessment via the SUPPLY25 portal as part of the bid process. This can only be completed/submitted using the link provided in the attached ITT document. Bids that do not include a Cyber Security Assessment that meets the minimum requirement will not be considered for evaluation.
