Welfare Rights Case Management System
Notice Description
The Welfare Management Service supports individuals access benefits and reduces poverty. The additional income secured for East Ayrshire residents helps lifts households out of poverty and assists the local economy. Additionally, support is provided for legal representation. A Case Management System (CMS) is required to support staff, improve efficiency, analysis and reporting on data, and management of workloads. The CMS should facilitate effective management of Scottish legislative changes and completion of statutory duties. East Ayrshire Council are considering both an externally hosted and on-premises systems.

The Welfare Management Service supports individuals access benefits and reduces poverty. The additional income secured for East Ayrshire residents helps lifts households out of poverty and assists the local economy. Additionally, support is provided for legal representation. A Case Management System (CMS) is required to support staff, improve efficiency, analysis and reporting on data, and management of workloads. The CMS should facilitate effective management of Scottish legislative changes and completion of statutory duties. East Ayrshire Council are considering both an externally hosted and on-premises systems. East Ayrshire Council are looking to gather information from companies who can supply this type of system in order to form a tender specification. There may be an opportunity to present a demonstration of your current system. Please note companies who respond to this PIN would still need to submit a tender when the Council advertises on PCS later this year. All companies will be treated fairly and equally with no preferential treatment to those companies who respond to this PIN.. Interested companies are asked to email Zoe.Wilson@east-ayrshire.gov.uk by Wednesday 13th of May 2026. Please provide a brief summary of the system you provide including it's functionality. Please also indicate if you would be willing to provide a short system demo (approx 30-45 mins) via Teams.
