PURCH2930 Provision of Vacuum Soldering with Formic Acid Treatment The project requires a vacuum soldering system utilising formic acid technology to achieve high-reliability, void-free solder joints for advanced electronic assemblies. The process must operate under controlled vacuum conditions to minimise oxidation and ensure consistent wetting and bonding quality. Formic acid shall be used as a fluxing medium to remove surface oxides without leaving residues, supporting a clean and repeatable manufacturing process. Please refer to the PURCH2930 - Schedule 1A - ITT for additional information and specification.

Renewal: Minimum of period of 12 months with the option to extend for 2 further periods of up to 12 months.
