The aim of the work specified here is to provide the Scottish Government with timely, robust analysis of responses to a public consultation on proposed guidance intended to support safe, lawful and rights based practice. The consultation responses will inform revisions to the Code of Practice, with the aim of strengthening protections for people receiving care and treatment while supporting staff and services.
