River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent company to repair, service and replace MVHR units and fans.

Lot Information

Lot 1

River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake the servicing, maintenance and replacement of MVHRs, PIVs and low rise and high rise fans. Each MVHR unit requires to be serviced twice per year. Low and high rise fans require to be serviced once per year. PIVs do not require to be serviced however will be required to be repaired/ replaced where required. The servicing requirement is detailed within the attached Pricing Schedule. The successful bidder must be BPEC accredited and adhere to 18th edition IEE wiring regulations. Bidders have the opportunity to satisfy themselves before tendering as to the equipment to be serviced and the conditions under which the work is to be carried out. Bidders may arrange site visits by contacting: Email Alison.Borthwick@riverclydehomes.org.uk No uplift in the submitted tendered rates will be accepted by RCH due to the preferred bidder's lack of knowledge of the properties.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two-year duration. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to an additional two, 12-month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
