Procurement Information

Net Natives (now Akerolabs Ltd) were the agency responsible for the University's original brand development project completed approximately two years ago. This included the development of the current creative visual identity, associated video content, digital assets, and template systems for our prospectus now in operational use across the institution. Comparability & compatibility with existing data (which was provided by supplier) is essential for a research project to provide longer time-series to examine changing patterns of food purchases. This prior knowledge and ownership of existing creative materials provides significant operational and financial advantages compared with appointing a new supplier. Appointing a new supplier would introduce significant project risk in relation to mobilisation time, knowledge transfer, creative redevelopment, and approval cycles. This could jeopardise delivery within the required timeframe and reduce the immediate recruitment impact of the investment.
