"description": "The proposed contract is for the delivery of a comprehensive housing maintenance service across the client's residential stock, encompassing responsive repairs, void property works and emergency out-of-hours services. The service is to be delivered on a fully integrated basis, with the service provider responsible for receiving, managing and completing all works orders in line with defined response times, appointment scheduling requirements, and customer service standards. Repairs will be prioritised based on urgency, with emergency works made safe within a matter of hours and routine repairs delivered within defined target timescales. Void properties are to be managed efficiently to achieve rapid turnaround to a lettable standard, supported by robust inspection, reporting and handover processes. Strong emphasis is placed on digital integration and real-time data management, requiring full interfacing with the client's housing systems to manage orders, appointments, performance data and reporting. Performance will be closely monitored through a structured KPI regime, alongside regular reporting and collaborative contract management arrangements. The contract also requires a high standard of customer care, particularly for vulnerable tenants, and includes wider obligations around community benefits, training and employment opportunities, and environmental performance. Overall, the service is intended to be delivered through a collaborative, outcomes-focused partnership, with continuous improvement, transparency and customer satisfaction at its core.
