Notably, the procurement process is open and invites electronic submissions, offering a streamlined entry for technologically adept businesses. The requirement for a minimum yearly turnover of £500,000 over the last two years and holding specific types of insurance underscores the opportunity for established businesses in the acoustic telemetry field to expand their portfolio through long-term collaboration with a national authority like the Scottish Government.
