Notice Description

This Invitation to Quote is a call-off from the Government Commercial Agency framework agreement for Estate Management Services 2 (Ref: RM6343) - Lot 4: Surveying and Strategic Advice.The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to appoint a supplier to deliver market advice services to SE in respect of Broomielaw and TIC, Glasgow.It is anticipated that the contract will start c. 7 September 2026 for a period of c. 24 months. The value of the contract is expected to be in the region of between GBP190,000 and GBP230,000 excluding VAT.
