Inverclyde Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform a potential future procurement for employment law and workforce compliance training services. The Council is exploring the provision of specialist training relating to: 1. the Employment Rights Act 2025 (ERA 2025); and 2. Statutory Right to Work (RTW) compliance requirements. The training is intended to support a range of employee groups, including senior managers, line managers, HR and Organisational Development professionals, and employees involved in recruitment and onboarding activities. The Council is seeking supplier feedback to better understand: - market capability and experience; - delivery models, including face to face and virtual learning; - approaches to tailoring training content; - indicative pricing and commercial models; - capacity and scalability; and whether the services would be most effectively delivered through a single provider arrangement or separate specialist providers. At this stage, participant numbers, contract value and final scope have not been confirmed. Interested providers are invited to participate in the market engagement exercise and complete the accompanying Market Research Questionnaire. The information gathered will be used to inform the Council's procurement strategy, specification development and any future procurement activity..
