                "description": "NHS Fife requires the provision of a high-quality, safe, responsive, and sustainable assisted transport service under Lot 1 to support, amongst other service requirements: - Renal patients requiring scheduled dialysis appointments across NHS Fife locations. - Discharge and ad hoc transport required for safe discharge. Provides assisted transport for patients who require a higher level of support than standard taxi provision, but who do not require an emergency ambulance response. The Services shall include planned and unplanned journeys, discharge support, inter-site transfers, and such other non-emergency transport as may be required where the patient's condition, mobility, or clinical risk indicates the need for a suitably trained crew and appropriately equipped vehicle.",
