Repointing and limewashing of all masonry wall surfaces. New lead ridging, slate repairs, SVP re-detailing, and replacement of existing Rooflights with conservation style rooflights. Resizing of, renewal of, and provisional of additional rainwater goods. Renewal of majority external window and doors units with associated internal Fabric reinstatements. Formation of new first floor access steps, removal of redundant services and entry points. Repositioning of deer larder cooler unit Installation of replacement vent grills through external masonry Renewal of retaining wall copes in stone Renewal of external light fittings and other external repairs and refinements. Installation of new ground and rainwater drainage systems.
