Notice Description

Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the Provision of Gas heating systems split into 2 lots to facilitate the Planned Maintenance program 2026 to 2031 within our housing stock. SBHA anticipate this to be 2 separate suppliers to maximise delivery capacity. It is anticipated that Service Commencement will be 14 September 2026 for 2+2+1 years, with an anticipated end date of 31 March 2031.

Lot Information

Lot 2 Installations

The procurement process will be conducted as a Call Off Award via PFH Decarbonisation and Retrofit Framework Lot 1b. The Contract Award will be published in line with Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. All procurement documentation should be read in conjunction with the Specification of Requirements documents included within this pack. It is anticipated that Service Commencement will be 14 September 2026 for 2+2+1 years, with an anticipated end date of 31 March 2031.. the procurement documentation provides detail of Lot Install Numbers, providing further information on locations (see provisional install list.
