Initial survey and inspection of the Solar Heating Installation within each property, reporting on operation and functionality of all equipment. Testing the installations within each property following the Initial Inspection, then annually thereafter. Periodic servicing of the Solar Heating installations within each property.

Renewal: 2 Years, then a further option for 2 years.
