East Ayrshire Council on behalf of the Ayrshire Region is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced economist to support the development of a Green Book compliant Economic Case for the Building Digital Capital programme investment as part of the Ayrshire Growth Deal. The commission will require robust economic analysis including option appraisal and economic modelling to inform investment decision making.. Duration - Indicative timescales and key milestones will be agreed at contract award with the complete programme being expected to be delivered over a maximum term of 12 months
