Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council (NAC), in collaboration with South Ayrshire Council (SAC), invites tenders for the supply and delivery of fresh milk and dairy products to Council establishments. The requirement is being tendered as two Lots: Lot 1 - North Ayrshire Council Lot 2 - South Ayrshire Council Tenderers may submit bids for one Lot, or for both Lots. North Ayrshire Council is acting as the Lead Contracting Authority for this procurement process.

North Ayrshire Council
North Ayrshire Council is seeking to appoint a supplier for the supply and delivery of fresh milk and dairy products to Council establishments. This procurement is being undertaken to establish a contract for the supply and delivery of fresh milk and dairy products to Council establishments across a range of services, including schools, early years settings and care facilities. The provision of these products is essential to support the day-to-day operation of these services and ensure the consistent availability of fresh milk and related dairy products. There are approximately 50/55 delivery sites for this lot.
Renewal: The Contract may be extended for a period of up to 12 months at the sole discretion of the relevant Council, subject to satisfactory performance & continued operational requirement.
