Notice Description
Bulk Mail - ERO The key role for the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) is to carry out the statutory annual canvass of electors, invite electors to register, confirm successful registrations - the Representation of the People Acts prescribe that certain communications from the ERO must be sent by post. Where there is no statutory requirement the ERO uses email where consent has been granted. Bulk Mail - Assessor The spend profile for the Assessor is the issue of statutory notices to all proprietors/tenants/occupiers shown in the valuation roll following publication of the draft revaluation roll and final revaluation roll. The issuing of statutory Assessor Information Notices e.g. bulk printing of bespoke forms for different types of properties such as pubs, hotels, petrol filling stations.
