Notice Description
National Records of Scotland (NRS) has awarded a call-off contract under the Scottish Government Publishing, Print, Design and Associated Services (PPDAS) Framework for the provision of publishing, print, design and associated services. The contract will support the delivery of NRS's statutory functions and operational requirements through the provision of a range of publishing, print, design, storage and related services as required throughout the contract term.

National Records of Scotland (NRS) has awarded a call-off contract under the Scottish Government Publishing, Print, Design and Associated Services (PPDAS) Framework for the provision of publishing, print, design and associated services. The contract establishes an overarching arrangement through which NRS may procure publishing, print, design, storage and related services as required to support the delivery of its statutory functions and operational activities. The contract provides NRS with access to a compliant and efficient route for obtaining these services throughout the contract term. Individual requirements will be commissioned on an as-required basis and managed in accordance with the framework terms and conditions. The arrangement is intended to support continuity of service, consistent contractual management and value for money across a range of publishing, print and design requirements
Options: The contract includes an option to extend the initial 40-month term by up to 6 months at the discretion of National Records of Scotland (NRS). Any extension will be subject to ongoing business requirements, the continued availability of funding, and satisfactory supplier performance. The total estimated contract value includes the potential extension period.
