Summary of the contracting process

The Scottish Prison Service intends to procure the design and construction of modular prison-cell accommodation at HMP Castle Huntly, 16 Castle Grove, Longforgan, Dundee. The requirement is a full turnkey solution, covering the accommodation and all services needed to deliver it. This is a construction and offsite-manufacturing requirement, classified under CPV 45223810 for prefabricated construction components. The facility is part of the Scottish Prison Service estate, and the buying organisation is also acting as a central purchasing body.
