Summary of the contracting process

Loreburn Housing Association is seeking contractors for a framework covering housing refurbishment works in Dumfries and Galloway, including properties at various addresses throughout the region. Kitchen Upgrades and Associated Works

The kitchen upgrades comprise the replacement of existing kitchens, the supply and installation of wall cabinets and base units, laminate worktops with mitred joints, sinks with single level mixer taps and relevant waste fittings.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Bathroom Upgrades & Associated Works

The bathroom upgrading works will comprise the replacement of existing bathroom/wet floor room installations, the supply and installation of new electric showers, shower screens/enclosures, extractor fans, IP rated LED light fittings, installation of laminate wall boarding and all other associated multi-trades and finishing works as detailed with the Employer's Requirements.
