Dumfries and Galloway Council is looking to procure an experienced Treasury Advisory Firm to provide Treasury Management services for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The successful bidder will be required to: Provide advice and guidance on the preparation of the Treasury Management Strategy and Policy on an annual basis Provide advice and guidance on the content of Annual and Mid-Year Treasury Management Reports Provide added value services centred around borrowing and investment decisions, treasury market, economic and sector developments, fair value calculations as required Provide guidance and training to Committee Members and Officers
