The University of Edinburgh has appointed a supplier for the provision of project management services to support Estates Small Projects & Minor Works Team Projects. The initial Contract Term is for 4 months from 31 August 2026 until 30 December 2026. The University, in its sole discretion, may extend the Contract Term up to a maximum of 12 months. The maximum contract period is 12 months or until the services are complete, whichever occurs sooner. This contract has been awarded via a Direct Award procedure utilising the Scotland Excel 0920 Building Construction Consultancy Framework Agreement - Lot 9 Project Management.. Please note, the weightings above relate to the original framework tender.
