Description: 1) Capital Works - Fully Funded The Operator shall, at its own cost: Survey, design, fund, install, and commission new EV chargers Replace obsolete, unsupported, or non-compliant chargers Manage DNO applications, planning, highways approvals, and landlord consents Deliver all civil, electrical, signage, bay marking, and reinstatement works 2) Operations & Maintenance 24/7 monitoring and fault response Preventive and corrective maintenance Firmware, software, and cybersecurity management Helpdesk and customer support 3) Asset Lifecycle Management Condition assessment within first 60 days Funded replacement and renewal programme Compliance with WEEE and environmental obligations
