Description: Oldham Council are seeking to commission a service that will work with targeted groups of children, young people and their families to encourage them to become empowered to make informed choices, raise aspirations and ensure children and young people fulfil their full potential in line with Family Hubs and Best Start for Life services. The successful provider will work proactively with a range of key partners and stakeholders including children and young people and their families to deliver a service that achieves positive outcomes for all.
