Supported Living, Outreach and Day Opportunities Services
Description: Cheshire East Council are recommissioning supported living, outreach and day opportunities services. Theses services are currently commissioned through the 'Complex Needs DPS - Dynamic Purchasing System' and the 'Day Opportunities FPS - Flexible Purchasing System' Under the Care Act, the Local Authority has a statutory responsibility to ensure this service is available for the residents of Cheshire East. Contracted providers deliver high quality, safe and personalised care and support to Adults over 18 (and individuals 16+ who are transitioning into adulthood). The services promote choice, dignity, control and quality of life for all residents and provide modernised care and support services that deliver value for money.
