Preliminary Market Engagement - East Riding of Yorkshire & Hull City Council - Municipal Solid Waste Processing
Description: Hull City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council are jointly conducting a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise to inform the development of future procurement strategies for waste management services starting 1 April 2030. This engagement covers the following key service areas: * Residual Waste processing (Kerbside Collected waste) * Dry Recycling (Kerbside Collected waste) * Separate Food, Combined Food and Garden Waste (Kerbside Collected waste) * Management of two council owned Waste Transfer Stations and provision and management of at least one Transfer Station in Hull and surrounding areas * Management of Household Waste Recycling Centres Please Note: this PME is not a call for competition.
