Description: The framework is to support the NHS and wider public sector organisations with the development, and execution of, their Green Plans by providing a new procurement solution for Estates Decarbonisation and Energy Infrastructure Schemes. The solution would enable an end to end support offering, including specialist independent service provision and an additional totally managed solution option from early feasibility, funding approval, scheme delivery and contract management.
