NRW/30295 Norfolk Strategic Housing Capacity Study
Description: The Norfolk Planning Authorities comprising Broadland District Council, Breckland District Council, Great Yarmouth Borough Council, The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk, North Norfolk District Council, Norwich City Council, South Norfolk Council and the Broads Authority, jointly invite tenders from suitably qualified consultants to produce a Strategic Housing Capacity Study. The study will review the county's capacity to meet the new housing needs targets set by the government through the review of the NPPF at the end of 2024. The Norfolk Planning Authorities wish to appoint consultants to undertake this work covering the seven districts and Broads Authority area within the county of Norfolk.
