Description: Monmouthshire County Council (MCC), wishes to establish a single provider contract for the provision of high quality and cost-effective maintenance services, and to benefit from the economy of scale of combining the two council networks. MCC is managing the procurement process on behalf of the participating authorities (Monmouthshire CC and Torfaen County Bourough Council), in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. This is a services contract being procured under the Open procedure, and any contract award will be subject to the terms and conditions contained within the tender documentation.
